The invention discloses a helicopter flexible beam actually-measured load substitution analysis method, which comprises the following steps: considering that actually-measured load data at the root part of a flexible beam is effective in the initial stage of test flight, and utilizing an effective time period corresponding to effective test flight data of the actually-measured load at the root part of the flexible beam; performing spectral analysis on the measured load of the root section of the flexible beam and the measured load of the section of the airfoil section on the same tail rotor blade within the effective time period of the effective test flight data at a preset interval time, so as to obtain the amplitudes of the measured load of the root section of the flexible beam and the measured load of the section of the airfoil section corresponding to the rotating speed frequency of the tail rotor; the amplitudes of all the time points in the effective time period are combined to form two groups of data columns; scatter diagrams of two groups of data columns can be drawn, a plurality of correlation formulas of the two groups of data columns are obtained through linear fitting, and the correlation formula with the optimal correlation between the airfoil section section actual measurement load and the flexible beam root section actual measurement load on the same tail rotor blade is selected as the basis of calculation of the flexible beam root section actual measurement load. And the actual measurement load of the root section of the flexible beam in the whole flight process can be obtained based on the actual measurement load of the tail rotor blade airfoil section section.
本发明公开一种直升机柔性梁实测载荷替代分析方法,包括:考虑到试飞初期,柔性梁根部实测实测载荷数据是有效的,利用柔性梁根部实测实测载荷有效试飞数据对应的有效时间段,对同一片尾桨叶上柔性梁根部剖面实测载荷和翼型段剖面实测载荷在有效试飞数据的有效时间段内分别以预设间隔时间做频谱分析,从而分别获取柔性梁根部剖面实测载荷和翼型段剖面实测载荷对应尾桨转速频率的幅值;将有效时间段内每个时间点的幅值组合形成两组数据列;即可绘制两组数据列的散点图,通过线性拟合,获得两组数据列的多个关联公式,选取同一片尾桨叶上翼型段剖面实测载荷与柔性梁根部剖面实测载荷关联性最优的关联公式,作为柔性梁根部剖面实测载荷推算的基础,即可基于尾桨叶翼型段剖面实测载荷获得整个飞行过程中柔性梁根部剖面实测载荷。
