The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to an Android vehicle-mounted system CPU load monitoring method and device and an Android vehicle-mounted system. The method comprises the steps that the actual CPU utilization rate of a vehicle-mounted application in the Android vehicle-mounted system is acquired; the actual CPU usage rate is compared with a corresponding CPU usage rate target value to determine that CPU occupation of the vehicle-mounted application exceeds the standard or is normal, the CPU usage rate target value is read from a preset target value configuration file, the target value configuration file comprises application package names and the CPU usage rate target value which are in one-to-one correspondence, and the application package names are unique identifiers of the vehicle-mounted application; if the CPU occupation of the vehicle-mounted application exceeds the standard, displaying CPU standard exceeding information; according to the method, the CPU occupancy condition of the vehicle-mounted application can be well monitored, so that performance optimization and the like can be conveniently and timely performed on the vehicle-mounted application according to the condition that the CPU occupancy exceeds the standard, the feasibility is high, and the cost is low.
