The invention belongs to the field of material science and engineering, and particularly relates to a texturing-based ultrahigh-strength aluminum alloy as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing; the method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing high-purity aluminum and microalloying elements to obtain a raw material, adding the prepared raw material into an electric arc melting furnace, and melting in a vacuum or inert atmosphere; then the cast aluminum alloy ingot is subjected to homogenizing heat treatment, and the aluminum alloy subjected to homogenizing heat treatment is obtained; s2, the aluminum alloy subjected to homogenizing heat treatment in the S1 is machined, and texturing is introduced through mechanical deformation; and then annealing treatment is conducted, recrystallized aluminum alloy is obtained, aging treatment and machining forming are conducted, and the super-strength aluminum alloy based on texturing is obtained. The alloy provided by the invention has ultrahigh strength, good toughness and ductility and improved fatigue resistance, and has wide application prospects in the fields of aerospace, automobile industry and rail transit.

    本发明属于材料科学与工程领域,具体涉及一种基于织构化的超高强度铝合金、制备方法及应用。该制备方法,包括以下步骤;S1:将高纯铝以及微合金化元素混合配置,得到原料,将配置好的原料加入电弧熔炼炉中,在真空或惰性气氛下熔炼;得到合金锭,然后将铸造后的铝合金锭进行均匀化热处理,得到均匀化热处理后的铝合金;S2:将S1的均匀化热处理后的铝合金进行加工,通过机械变形引入织构化;然后进行退火处理,得到再结晶后的铝合金,再进行时效处理、加工成形,得到基于织构化的超高强度铝合金。本发明提供的合金具有超高强度、良好的韧性与延展性以及耐疲劳性能提升,在航空航天、汽车工业以及轨道交通领域具有广阔的应用前景。
