The invention provides a ceramic matrix composite air rudder and a preparation method thereof. The air rudder comprises a rudder leading edge, a rudder skin and a rudder framework, and the rudder skin and the rudder leading edge are connected with the rudder framework through connecting screws; wherein the rudder leading edge is formed by molding a hafnium modified C/SiC ceramic matrix composite material, and the rudder skin, the rudder skeleton and the connecting screw are all formed by molding a C/SiC ceramic matrix composite material. According to the scheme, all the components are formed by adopting different ceramic matrix composite materials, the rudder leading edge is made of the hafnium modified C/SiC ceramic matrix composite materials, and the composite materials have excellent high temperature resistance and ablation resistance; the rudder framework and the rudder skin are made of C/SiC ceramic-based composite materials, the composite materials enable the rudder framework and the rudder skin to have excellent bearing capacity, meanwhile, the connecting screws are made of the C/SiC ceramic-based composite materials, and the thermal matching performance of the ceramic-based composite materials, the rudder leading edge, the rudder framework and the rudder skin is good. Therefore, the connection between the rudder leading edge and the rudder skeleton and the rudder skin is more reliable.
本发明提供了一种陶瓷基复合材料空气舵及其制备方法,该空气舵包括舵前缘、舵蒙皮和舵骨架,舵蒙皮与舵前缘均通过连接螺钉与舵骨架相连接;其中,舵前缘采用铪改性C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料成型得到,舵蒙皮、舵骨架和连接螺钉均采用C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料成型得到。本方案中,通过将各个构件采用不同的陶瓷基复合材料成型得到,舵前缘采用铪改性C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料,该复合材料具有优异的耐高温和抗烧蚀性能;舵骨架和舵蒙皮采用C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料,该复合材料使得舵骨架和舵蒙皮具有优异的承载能力,同时,连接螺钉为C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料,该陶瓷基复合材料与舵前缘、舵骨架和舵蒙皮的热匹配性能良好,从而使得舵前缘与舵骨架和舵蒙皮的连接更为可靠。
