The invention discloses an intelligent remote automatic operation system for building hoisting equipment, which comprises a data acquisition system and a remote control system, and is characterized in that the data acquisition system comprises an equipment shape acquisition module, an equipment orientation acquisition module, an equipment rotating speed acquisition module and a wind regime acquisition module; the remote control system comprises a parameter input module, a steering simulation module, a weather vane control module, a speed reducer control module, a state display module and a height control module; the equipment orientation acquisition module and the wind condition acquisition module are respectively used for acquiring the orientation of the hoisting mechanism and the surrounding wind condition; the steering simulation module is used for simulating the natural rotation process of the hoisting mechanism in the release state of the weather vane brake, recording rotation speed data and judging the result; and a weather vane control module. The problems that a wind mark brake on the hoisting equipment is inconvenient to operate, and the structure cannot effectively and stably respond, so that the hoisting equipment is damaged and even falls down can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于建筑起重设备的智能远程自动操作系统,包括数据采集系统和远程控制系统,数据采集系统包括设备外型采集模块、设备朝向采集模块、设备转速采集模块以及风况采集模块,远程控制系统包括参数录入模块、转向模拟模块、风标控制模块、减速器控制模块、状态显示模块以及高度控制模块;设备朝向采集模块、风况采集模块,分别用于采集起重机构的朝向、周围风况;转向模拟模块,进行风标制动器释放状态下起重机构自然旋转过程的模拟、记录转速数据和结果判定;风标控制模块。本发明可以解决起重设备上风标制动器操作不便以及结构无法有效、稳定响应导致的起重设备损坏甚至是倾倒的危险状况发生的问题。
