The invention discloses an unpowered lithium battery module grabbing device, and belongs to the technical field of lithium battery module grabbing. Comprising hanging rings, pull rods, connecting rod transmission mechanisms, limiting mechanisms and clamping mechanisms. The connecting rod transmission mechanism consists of at least two mutually connected movable connecting rods, one end is movably connected with the pull rod, and the other end realizes opening and closing operation of the clamp through transmission, so that the clamping mechanism is driven to clamp or release the lithium battery module. The limiting mechanism is arranged on the connecting rod transmission mechanism and comprises a first limiting assembly and a second limiting assembly, the first limiting assembly is clamped into a limiting groove through a prismatic table structure, movement of the connecting rod transmission mechanism is effectively limited, and stability and safety in the hoisting process are ensured. The clamping mechanism is connected with the connecting rod transmission mechanism through the movable locking piece and can be firmly clamped into a reinforcing rib groove of the lithium battery module, and stable movement of the module is achieved through lifting of a pull rod. The lifting device is simple in structure and easy and convenient to operate, the lifting efficiency and safety are remarkably improved, and the lifting requirements of lithium battery modules of different specifications are met.

    本发明公开一种无动力锂电池模组抓取装置,属于锂电池模组抓取技术领域。包括吊环、拉杆、连杆传动机构、限位机构和夹持机构。连杆传动机构由至少两个相互连接的活动连杆组成,一端与拉杆活动连接,另一端通过传动实现夹具的启闭操作,从而驱动夹持机构夹紧或释放锂电池模组。限位机构设置于连杆传动机构上,包括限位组件一、二,限位组件一通过棱台结构卡入限位槽内,有效限制连杆传动机构的运动,确保吊装过程的稳定性和安全性。夹持机构通过活动锁紧件与连杆传动机构连接,能牢固卡入锂电池模组的加强筋槽,并通过拉杆提升实现模组平稳移动。本发明结构简单,操作简便,显著提高吊装效率和安全性,适用于不同规格锂电池模组的吊装需求。
