At the moment, the baffle ring is located outside the lifting hook and does not interfere with the object taking and placing operation, so that the traditional mode that a lobster buckle type structure is adopted for preventing the lifting hook from being separated from the lifted object is abandoned, the use space of the lifting hook is not limited, the convenience of object disassembling and assembling operation is improved, and the universality of the lifting equipment is wide.

    本发明公开了一种具有防脱防护机构的起吊设备,属于起吊设备技术领域,通过将挡环的端部卡入吊钩一侧的嵌入槽内,第一弹簧的弹力对延伸板进行挤压,使卡块的底端能够卡入卡槽中,实现对挡环位置锁定的目的,使物体的吊装部位能够被吊钩和挡环进行防护,起到良好的防脱作用,从吊钩内取下物体时,上抬拉手,延伸板则带动卡块上移使其脱离卡槽,即可解除对挡环的锁定状态,在滑槽内第一弹簧的拉力作用下,导杆会带动挡环在滑道中滑动,此时挡环位于吊钩的外部,不会对取放物体的操作造成干涉,因而摒弃传统采用龙虾扣式结构来防止吊钩与吊装物体脱离,使吊钩的使用空间不会受限,提高对物体拆装操作的便捷性,使该起吊设备的泛用性广。
