The elevator traction machine with the self-detection function comprises a main machine body, the lower end of the main machine body communicates with an elevator shaft, a heat dissipation plate is fixedly arranged in the main machine body, a brake cavity with a downward opening is formed in the heat dissipation plate, the brake cavity communicates with the elevator shaft, and a power rotating shaft is rotationally arranged between the front wall and the rear wall in the brake cavity; according to the emergency stop device for the elevator, in an emergency situation, the brake cavity moves, penetrates through the power cable and moves into the clamping groove to be clamped, then movement of the power cable is further stopped, the emergency stop effect is achieved, and then the safety of elevator passengers is protected; air flow in the ventilation cavity is promoted, so that temperature reduction of the inner wall of the ventilation cavity is promoted, the heat dissipation effect is achieved, when the load of the power cable is too large, the heat dissipation effect of brake wheel operation is improved, and then the elevator traction machine is accelerated to be cooled to the operation temperature and then continues to be put into use.

    本发明公开了一种带自检测功能的电梯曳引机,包括主机体,主机体下端连通有电梯井,主机体内固定设有散热板,散热板内设有开口向下的制动腔,制动腔与电梯井连通,制动腔内前后两壁之间转动设有动力转轴,动力转轴外圆面固定连接有制动轮,制动轮外圆面绕设有动力缆绳,本发明在紧急情况时,通过制动腔移动并贯穿动力缆绳并移动至卡接槽内卡接,进而进一步的阻止动力缆绳的移动,达到急停的效果,进而保护电梯乘客的安全,本发明通过促进通风腔内空气流动,进而促进通风腔内壁的温度降低达到散热的效果,进而在动力缆绳负载过大时,提高制动轮运行的散热效果,进而加快电梯曳引机冷却至运行温度后继续投入使用。
