The car door-free aluminum alloy structure car comprises a car bottom structure, an aluminum alloy frame structure, a suspended ceiling and car walls, the car bottom structure serves as a bottom supporting structure of the car to form a horizontal space ground structure, the aluminum alloy frame structure is fixed to the car bottom structure and forms a cubic frame structure, and the suspended ceiling is fixed to the car bottom structure. The suspended ceiling is fixed to the top plane of the aluminum alloy frame structure, the car wall is fixed to the side vertical face, needing to be closed, of the aluminum alloy frame, and the non-closed side vertical face serves as a channel for entering and exiting the car space. The lift car adopts a lift car space structure formed by combining a stable car bottom structure and an aluminum alloy frame, the whole structure is light in weight, assembling can be conducted according to needs, the door opening direction and the fixed mounting direction of the lift car can be set, and the requirements of different mounting spaces are met.

    本发明提出了一种无轿门铝合金结构轿厢,轿厢包括有轿底结构、铝合金框架结构、吊顶和轿壁,所述轿底结构作为轿厢的底部支撑结构形成水平的空间地面结构,所述铝合金框架结构固定在轿底结构上,并形成立方体的框架结构,吊顶固定在铝合金框架结构的顶部平面,轿壁固定在铝合金框架的需封闭的侧立面,不封闭的侧立面则作为进出轿厢空间的通道。轿厢采用的是稳定的轿底结构以及铝合金框架组合形成的轿厢空间结构,整体结构轻量化,可以根据需要进行组装,设置开门方向和轿厢的固定安装方向,适应不同的安装空间的要求。
