The invention discloses an elevator star-sealing loop control system and method, and the system comprises an adjustable resistor module, a permanent magnet synchronous motor is sequentially connected with the adjustable resistor module and a frequency converter through a lead of a three-phase winding, and a normally-closed contact of a star-sealing contactor is connected between the adjustable resistor module and the frequency converter; the microcomputer module is connected with the adjustable resistor module and is used for obtaining the real-time position of the elevator car and the weight difference of the counterweight and confirming the running direction and the to-be-slipped distance of the elevator car according to the real-time position of the elevator car and the weight difference of the counterweight when the elevator loosens the brake and slips; according to the to-be-slipped distance, the resistance value of the adjustable resistance module is adjusted, and the preset maximum elevator sliding speed is achieved; when it is detected that the elevator car is close to the door area range, the resistance value of the adjustable resistance module is adjusted, the elevator car sliding speed is reduced, and elevator leveling is conducted; the microcomputer module is further connected with the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the frequency converter. The sliding speed of the elevator can be increased during emergency rescue of the elevator, and rapid rescue is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种电梯封星回路控制系统及方法,所述系统包括:可调电阻模块,永磁同步电机通过三相绕组的引线依次连接所述可调电阻模块和变频器,封星接触器的常闭触点连接在所述可调电阻模块和变频器之间;微机模块,与所述可调电阻模块连接,用于当电梯松闸溜车时,获得并根据电梯轿厢的实时位置和对重的重量差确认电梯轿厢的运行方向和待溜车距离;根据待溜车距离,调节可调节电阻模块的阻值,达到预设的最大电梯溜车速度;当检测到电梯轿厢接近门区范围时,调节可调电阻模块的阻值,降低电梯溜车速度,进行电梯平层;所述微机模块还分别连接所述永磁同步电机和变频器。本发明能够在电梯紧急救援时提高电梯溜车速度,实现快速救援。
