And the head portrait information and the identity information of the operator are transmitted to the cloud together for storage and charging, so that the information transmission quantity between the elevator control end and the cloud server can be effectively reduced when the elevator arrives at a single time, and the head portrait information of the actual leaving person when the elevator arrives at the current time can be directly inquired from the cloud; the efficiency and effect of image information traceability are effectively improved, meanwhile, the requirement of a cloud server is lowered, the operation and maintenance cost of the elevator cloud charging management system is lowered on the basis of improving the efficiency of the image information traceability function, and a larger cost reduction space is provided for lowering the use cost of the elevator cloud charging management system; and the market competitiveness of the elevator cloud charging management system is improved.
