The invention relates to a rotary follow-up locking mechanism suitable for a zero-gravity environment. The rotary follow-up locking mechanism comprises a rotary handle, a fixed support and a threaded sleeve assembly. The rotating handle is of a cross rod structure, the center is a square installation positioning hole, and the two sides are of symmetrical conical structures. The rotating screw sequentially comprises a mounting section, a positioning section and a threaded section from top to bottom, and a positioning ring is arranged between the positioning section and the threaded section; during mounting, the upper part of the mounting section of the rotating screw penetrates through the center of the rotating handle, the lower cube section is in clearance fit with the square mounting positioning hole of the rotating handle, and the fixing nut is fastened with the upper part of the mounting section; the screw hole sleeve is in threaded connection with the threaded section of the rotary screw rod; the screw hole sleeve is located in the body support, the partition plate is located on the body support, the positioning ring of the rotating screw is located on the partition plate, the cover plate covers the positioning ring, and the bottom of the screw hole sleeve extends out of the lower end of the body support and is fixedly connected with the locking support. The technical problem of locking the maintenance tool and the surface of the outboard product is effectively solved.

    本发明涉及一种适用无重力环境的旋转随动锁定机构,包括旋转手柄、固定支架、螺纹套管组件;旋转手柄为横杆构型,中心为正方形安装定位孔,两侧为对称的圆锥形结构;旋转螺杆自上而下依次为安装段、定位段和螺纹段,定位段和螺纹段之间设置有定位环;安装时旋转螺杆安装段上部穿过旋转手柄中心,下部正方体段与所述旋转手柄正方形安装定位孔间隙配合,固定螺母与安装段上部紧固;螺孔套筒与旋转螺杆螺纹段螺接;螺孔套筒位于主体支架内,隔板位于主体支架上,旋转螺杆的定位环位于隔板上,盖板盖在定位环上,螺孔套筒底部从主体支架下端伸出,且与锁紧支架固连。本发明有效解决维修工具与舱外产品表面锁紧的技术难题。
