The invention provides an offshore wind power mooring system and method, the system comprises a floating platform, a tower drum, a wind turbine generator and a ground anchor, the tower drum is vertically arranged in the center of the floating platform, and the wind turbine generator is arranged on the tower drum. A plurality of ground anchors are arranged on the periphery of the floating platform, and a first elastic cable, a second elastic cable and a safety rope are connected among the tower drum, the floating platform and the ground anchors. The method comprises the steps that S1, the first elastic cable and the second elastic cable are connected between the floating platform and the tower drum in an elastic tensioning mode; s2, arranging a displacement sensor on the ground anchor; s3, a strain sensing sheet is attached to the elastic cable; s4, the displacement and the elongation amount of the elastic cable are monitored in real time, and the real-time inclination angle of the floating platform is calculated; s5, the pre-tightening force of the elastic cable is adjusted according to the inclination angle; and S6, when the wind power equipment is inclined, the elastic cable pulls the side wall points to reset through resilience force, and the tower drum is prevented from being inclined too much. According to the invention, the vibration of the wind turbine generator is effectively reduced, and the safety and reliability of the system are improved.

    本发明提供了一种海上风电系泊系统及系泊方法,系统包括浮动平台、塔筒、风电机组和地锚,塔筒垂直安设在浮动平台中心,塔筒上安设有风电机组。浮动平台周围设有多个地锚,塔筒、浮动平台和地锚之间连接有第一弹性线缆、第二弹性线缆和保险绳缆。方法包括:S1、将第一弹性线缆和第二弹性线缆弹性张紧连接在浮动平台与塔筒之间;S2、在地锚上设置位移传感器;S3、在弹性线缆上贴设应变传感片;S4、实时监测弹性线缆的位移和拉长量,计算浮动平台的实时倾斜角度;S5、根据倾斜角度调整弹性线缆的预紧力;S6、当风电设备倾斜时,弹性线缆通过回弹力拉动侧壁点复位,避免塔筒倾斜过大。本发明有效减少了风电机组的振动,提高了系统的安全性和可靠性。
