The invention discloses a crawler belt tensity control method of a crawler belt type combined harvester for soil compaction and reduction, belongs to the field of agricultural machinery control, and aims to solve the problem that the existing control on the soil compaction degree lacks self-adaptability and flexibility. The method comprises the following steps that 1, the current soil compaction degree is obtained based on monitoring data of a soil compaction monitoring sensor group; 2, according to the error, obtained in the step 1, between the current soil compaction degree and the target soil compaction degree, the crawler belt tension degree adjustment amount is obtained through a PID control algorithm; and step 3, the actuator adjusts the crawler belt in a stepping mode according to the crawler belt tensity adjustment amount obtained in the step 2 until the crawler belt tensity target value is reached.

    面向土壤压实消减的履带式联合收获机的履带张紧度控制方法,属于农业机械控制领域,本发明为解决现有对土壤压实程度的控制缺乏自适应性和灵活性的问题。本发明方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、基于土壤压实监测传感器组的监测数据获取当前土壤压实程度;步骤二、根据步骤一获取的当前土壤压实程度和目标土壤压实程度的误差,并利PID控制算法获取履带张紧度调整量;步骤三、执行器根据步骤二获取的履带张紧度调整量采用步进方式调整履带,直至达到履带张紧度目标值。
