The invention relates to a transport vehicle load detection system and a load calculation method.The transport vehicle load detection system comprises a load bearing vehicle body, the two ends of the load bearing vehicle body are connected with power driving vehicle bodies, and the load bearing vehicle body is of an upwards-arched pre-arch structure; a load bearing surface with two downwards bent ends is formed on the top surface of the load bearing vehicle body, and an induction surface with two downwards bent ends is formed on the bottom surface of the load bearing vehicle body; and the deformation measurement sensor is mounted on the sensing surface. The load bearing vehicle body is arranged to be of the pre-arch structure, the deformation measurement sensor is arranged on the bent induction face, and under the load condition, the pre-arch structure can increase the deformation quantity of the load bearing vehicle body, so that the deformation measurement sensor can more easily and accurately measure the deformation value, and then the load weight is accurately calculated; the technical problem that the error is large when the vehicle load is estimated only through a four-point balance pressure sensor in the prior art is solved.

    本申请涉及一种运输车负载检测系统及负载计算方法,运输车负载检测系统包括:负载承载车体,所述负载承载车体的两端均连接有动力驱动车体,所述负载承载车体呈向上拱起的预拱结构,使所述负载承载车体的顶面形成两端向下弯曲的负载承载面,所述负载承载车体的底面形成两端向下弯曲的感应面;形变测量传感器,所述形变测量传感器安装于所述感应面。本申请通过将负载承载车体设置为预拱结构,并在弯曲的感应面上设置形变测量传感器,在负载情况下,预拱结构能够增大负载承载车体的形变量,使得形变测量传感器更容易准确测出形变值,进而准确计算出负载重量,解决了相关技术中仅靠四点均衡压力传感器对车辆负载进行估算误差较大的技术问题。
