The invention provides an electric vehicle battery chassis assembly which comprises a battery pack (1), a buffer cavity (2), a one-way exhaust valve (3), a communicating pipe (4), a communicating valve (5), a liquid cooling plate (6), a buffer partition plate (7), a through hole (8), a heat pipe (9) and a device for providing external fluid, and the device comprises a main pipe (10), a first branch pipe (11), a second branch pipe (12), a delivery pump (13), a vacuum pump (14), a first valve (15), a second valve (16), a liquid storage chamber (17), a heat exchanger (18) and a refrigerating and heating unit (19). According to the scheme, by means of the buffer cavity (2) existing in terms of the total cost of the battery chassis of the electric vehicle, only the one-way exhaust valve (3) and the communicating pipe (4) with the communicating valve (5) at the tail end need to be additionally arranged on the original buffer cavity (2), transformation is easy, and the influence on an original vehicle body is small; high-speed heat exchange between externally injected fluid and original cooling liquid of the liquid cooling plate (6) is achieved through the heat pipe (9), the externally injected fluid is pumped away after heat exchange is finished, and original mass distribution of the electric automobile is not affected while liquid recycling is achieved.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车电池底盘总成,包括电池包(1)、缓冲腔(2)、单向排气阀(3)、连通管(4)、连通阀(5)、液冷板(6)、缓冲隔板(7)、通孔(8)、热管(9),以及一种提供外部流体的装置,包括主管(10)、第一支管(11)、第二支管(12)、输送泵(13)、真空泵(14)、第一阀门(15)、第二阀门(16)、储液室(17)、换热器(18)和制冷制热机组(19)。本发明方案借助了电动汽车电池底盘总成本就存在的缓冲腔(2),只需要在原缓冲腔(2)上增设单向排气阀(3)和末端带有连通阀(5)的连通管(4),改造简单,对原车身影响很小;依靠热管(9)实现外部注入流体和液冷板(6)原有冷却液之间的高速换热,换热结束后将外部注入的流体抽走,在实现液体循环使用的同时,不影响电动汽车原有质量分布。
