The invention relates to a railway vehicle traction structure which comprises a traction body, a transverse shock absorber seat is arranged at the bottom of the traction body, the traction body is connected with a vehicle body sleeper beam through a bolt and a special-shaped nut, the special-shaped nut is provided with a tangent plane, and a preset gap exists between the tangent plane and the surface of the vehicle body sleeper beam. After the tangent plane position of the special-shaped nut and the vehicle body sleeper beam are confirmed, the traction body and the vehicle body sleeper beam are fixed through a bolt. By designing the special-shaped nut and adopting a fastening mode of a common bolt and the special-shaped nut, the problems that mounting is difficult and the reserved mounting space for the sleeper beam of the vehicle body is large are solved; the welding structure of the traction body and the transverse shock absorber base is designed, the weight of the transverse shock absorber base is reduced, and meanwhile the problem that the overall casting quality is poor is solved. By designing the weldable transverse shock absorber seat, connection with the shock absorber is changed from blind hole bolt connection to through hole bolt and nut connection, and the problem that the whole traction body is scrapped due to connection threads is solved.

    本发明涉及一种轨道车辆牵引结构,包括牵引体,在牵引体的底部设置有横向减振器座,牵引体通过螺栓和异形螺母与车体枕梁相连,所述异形螺母设置有切面,切面与车体枕梁面之间存在预设的间隙,所述异形螺母的切面位置与车体枕梁确认后,通过螺栓将牵引体与车体枕梁固定。本发明通过设计异形螺母,采用普通螺栓和异性螺母的紧固方式,解决安装困难和对车体枕梁需求预留安装空间大的问题;本发明设计牵引体和横向减振器座焊接的结构,不仅减轻了横向减振器座的重量,同时解决了整体铸造质量较差的问题。通过设计可焊接的横向减振器座,实现与减振器连接由盲孔螺栓连接变成通孔螺栓螺母的连接方式,解决了由于连接螺纹造成整个牵引体报废的问题。
