The invention discloses a cage cable-based FAST cable-driven pulley high-altitude inspection and maintenance device, and the device is characterized in that a FAST telescope comprises a plurality of process systems, such as an active reflection surface system and a feed source supporting system; in the feed source supporting system, six steel cables are led out from six supporting towers to pull and control a feed source cabin to move on a focal plane, a plurality of pulleys used for hanging cables and optical cables are arranged on each steel cable in cooperation with astronomical observation, and the inspection and maintenance device comprises a cableway, a cable crane, a cableway hanging basket and a lifting pulley platform. The cableway is erected between the cable crane and the lifting pulley platform, and transverse movement of the cableway is achieved through walking of the cable crane. The cableway hanging basket is used for moving between the upper anchoring end and the lower anchoring end along the cableway to be close to the position of the cable driving tackle needing to be inspected and maintained, and then the cableway hanging basket is controlled by carrying maintenance personnel to vertically ascend and descend or arrives at the position of the tackle needing to be inspected and maintained along the cableway ascending/descending mechanism for inspection and maintenance.

    本发明公开了一种基于吊笼索的FAST索驱动滑车高空检查维护装置,其中,FAST望远镜包括主动反射面系统、馈源支撑系统等几大工艺系统;馈源支撑系统中,6个支撑塔引出6根钢索牵引和控制馈源舱在焦面移动,配合天文观测,在每根钢索上设置有若干个用于吊挂电缆和光缆的滑车,所述检查维护装置包括索道、缆索吊车、索道吊篮以及升降滑轮平台;所述索道架设在缆索吊车和升降滑轮平台之间,通过缆索吊车的行走实现索道的横向移动;所述索道吊篮用于沿着索道在上锚固端和下锚固端之间移动至靠近需要检查维护的索驱动滑车位置处,再通过搭载维护人员控制索道吊篮的垂直升降或沿索道上/下行机构到达需要检修的滑车位置进行检查维护。
