Determining a first distance between the vehicle and the next congested road section, a second distance between the congested road section, a third distance between the vehicle and the traffic signal lamp and second working condition information of the traffic signal lamp; if the first distance is greater than or equal to the third distance, determining first power consumption based on the second distance and the first working condition information and determining a first time interval based on the first distance and the vehicle speed information; determining an executed first power control strategy according to the current residual electric quantity, the first power consumption and the first time interval; if the first distance is smaller than the third distance, the executed second power control strategy is determined based on the third distance, the vehicle speed information, the torque requirement and the second working condition information, the real fuel consumption of the vehicle is reduced, and the driving range of the vehicle is increased.
