The invention provides an electric vehicle anti-shake control method, a controller and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that the active tooth leaning enabling flag position state of the vehicle is determined according to the vehicle torque working condition, and the active tooth leaning initial torque and the active tooth leaning torque are determined according to the current accelerator pedal opening degree and the first current motor rotating speed; whether the vehicle is about to shake or not is judged according to the active tooth leaning enabling flag bit state, the request torque of the vehicle, the active tooth leaning starting torque and the active tooth leaning torque, and if yes, the active tooth leaning torque serves as the first actual output torque of the vehicle; thus, when it is determined that the vehicle is about to shake, the driving tooth leaning torque serves as the actual output torque of the motor, namely, a step torque is applied before the torque point where shaking occurs, so that the motor gear rapidly passes through the whole idle stroke tooth space, and when the torque direction changes, the driving side gear is tightly attached to the driven side tooth surface; therefore, tooth knocking shaking caused by gear reversing of the transmission system can be reduced, shaking of the whole vehicle is reduced, and driving stability is improved.
本发明提供一种电动汽车防抖控制方法、控制器及车辆,方法包括:根据车辆扭矩工况确定车辆的主动靠齿使能标志位状态,根据当前油门踏板开度和第一当前电机转速确定主动靠齿起始扭矩以及主动靠齿扭矩;根据主动靠齿使能标志位状态、车辆的请求扭矩、主动靠齿起始扭矩以及主动靠齿扭矩判断车辆是否即将发生抖动,若是,则将主动靠齿扭矩作为车辆的第一实际输出扭矩;如此,当确定车辆即将发生抖动,将主动靠齿扭矩作为电机的实际输出扭矩,相当于在发生抖动的扭矩点之前施加一个阶跃扭矩,使电机齿轮快速走过整个空行程齿隙,在扭矩方向发生变化时主动侧齿轮已紧贴被动侧齿面,因此可减小传动系统齿轮换向带来的敲齿抖动,进而降低整车的抖动,提高驾驶稳定性。
