According to the method, the vehicle seat is subjected to damping control, so that the influence of road impact on passengers is reduced, the stability of vehicle control and the safety of the passengers are improved, the fatigue and discomfort of a driver and the passengers in long-distance driving are reduced, and the driving comfort is improved.
