The invention discloses a range-extended electric vehicle low-temperature starting system which has a low-temperature starting mode, a motor assembly comprises a running motor used for driving wheels of a range-extended vehicle to run and/or a working motor used for driving a working device of the range-extended vehicle to work, and a power battery is electrically connected with a range extender assembly and a load device. The electric quantity transfer device and the load device are connected in parallel, and the whole body after parallel connection is electrically connected with the range extender assembly; the whole vehicle controller is in signal connection with the range extender assembly, the range extender low-temperature starting device, the power battery, the load device and the electric quantity transfer device; when the vehicle control unit detects that the temperature of the power battery is lower than the dischargeable temperature and the vehicle control unit is in a low-temperature starting mode, the vehicle control unit controls the range extender assembly to be electrically connected with the motor assembly so as to drive the motor assembly to work, and when the vehicle control unit detects that the power of the motor assembly is in a rapid power reduction state, the vehicle control unit controls the range extender assembly to be electrically connected with the motor assembly. The vehicle control unit controls the on-off switching device to be connected so that the range extender assembly can be electrically connected with the electric quantity transfer device.
