The invention relates to a hydrogen storage device collision control system and a vehicle, an energy absorption device is arranged on the outer side of a hydrogen storage device, hydraulic oil is contained in the energy absorption device, the energy absorption device communicates with a hydraulic oil tank, and the energy absorption device is used for absorbing collision energy when collision occurs and discharging the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic oil tank, so that the collision energy is released; therefore, the collision force borne by the hydrogen storage device can be reduced. Meanwhile, the controller can determine the collision degree of the energy absorption device according to the liquid level of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank, further determine a collision control strategy and control the vehicle according to the collision control strategy, and therefore the safety of the hydrogen system of the vehicle is improved.
