The invention discloses a pile waste heat recovery system control method, electronic equipment and an automobile, and relates to the technical field of automobiles. The method is applied to a controller in an electric pile waste heat recovery system. The method comprises the following steps: in response to a heating request sent by an air conditioning system, collecting and obtaining a cooling liquid temperature at a cooling liquid outlet of a fuel cell stack; when the cooling liquid temperature at the cooling liquid outlet of the fuel cell stack reaches a preset starting temperature threshold value, a water valve is controlled to be opened, a water pump is controlled to start running, and the sending flow of the water pump is controlled according to a preset algorithm; according to the method, when the temperature of the cooling liquid at the cooling liquid outlet of the fuel cell stack is sufficient, a water valve and a water pump in the stack waste heat recovery system are started, and the sending flow of the water pump is controlled through a preset algorithm so as to control the heat exchange speed at an air conditioning system, so that local overcooling or overheating of a cooling loop of the fuel cell stack is avoided; therefore, the stability of the stack waste heat recovery system in the fuel cell waste heat recovery process is improved.

    本申请公开了一种电堆余热回收系统控制方法、电子设备和汽车,涉及汽车技术领域。该方法应用于电堆余热回收系统中的控制器;该方法包括:响应于空调系统发送的制热请求,采集获取燃料电池电堆的冷却液出口处的冷却液温度;当燃料电池电堆的冷却液出口处的冷却液温度达到预设启动温度阈值时,控制水阀打开并控制水泵开始运行、并根据预设算法控制水泵的发送流量;该方法通过在燃料电池电堆的冷却液出口处的冷却液温度足够时,开启电堆余热回收系统中的水阀、水泵,并通过预设算法控制水泵的发送流量以控制空调系统处的热交换速度,实现了避免燃料电池电堆冷却回路局部过冷或过热,从而提高了燃料电池余热回收过程中电堆余热回收系统的稳定性。
