The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear power plant skill training, in particular to an installation method of an IGA operation skill training simulator. The method comprises the following steps: assembling a bottom bearing bracket of an operation platform at an open position of a hall of a first floor of a simulated pool, and hoisting to a middle platform; erecting a scaffold platform around the simulated pool; carrying out spot welding on a bearing bracket steel base plate and a simulated pool middle platform steel covering surface; the upper reactor internals simulation body and the IGA assembly simulation body are integrally assembled and hoisted to a middle platform; leveling the upper reactor internals simulation body; assembling a second-layer platform of the operation platform; hoisting a lower support ring of the reactor internal lifting appliance simulation body to an upper reactor internal simulation body by using a crane; splicing the reactor internals on the first floor; scattered parts and the like are installed; assembling an IGA lifting appliance; and installing a guide extension column operation tool. The installation efficiency is high, the installation risk of overall operation is minimum, and the controllable requirement is met.

    本发明涉及核电厂技能培训技术领域,尤其涉及一种IGA操作技能培训模拟体的安装方法。所述方法为:在模拟水池一楼大厅空旷位置进行操作平台底部承重支架拼装、吊装至中间平台;在模拟水池四周搭设脚手架平台;将承重支架钢垫板与模拟水池中间平台钢覆面点焊;将上部堆内构件模拟体与IGA组件模拟体整体组装、吊装至中间平台;对上部堆内构件模拟体进行调平;拼装操作平台二层平台;使用行吊将堆内构件吊具模拟体下部支撑环吊装至上部堆内构件模拟体;在一楼进行堆内构件吊具模拟体拼装;安装零散等部件;拼装IGA吊具;安装导向延伸柱操作工具。本发明安装效率高、整体作业的安装风险最小且满足可控要求。
