The invention discloses a digital twinning accident detection and dispersion method and device, and solves the technical problems that the visualization efficiency of digital twinning in the prior art is low, and the effect of service equipment required by an accident is inconvenient to manage and control in time. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring current perception information of an accident; displaying a twinborn picture of the traffic scene, wherein the twinborn picture comprises twinborn objects of the accident; the current sensing information of the accident comprises an accident type and accident position information; in response to the accident, determining a working state or a reminding message of a preset service equipment set; and in the twinborn picture, updating the twinborn objects of the service equipment set, and displaying the current working state or the current reminding message of the service equipment set. According to the invention, the display of the accident position and the evacuation strategy of the service equipment in the twin picture after the accident occurs is enhanced, and the accuracy of accident coping is enhanced.
