The invention discloses an intersection turning radius measurement and evaluation method based on a refined motor vehicle track by adopting a method of combining video data of an unmanned aerial vehicle with deep learning, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic. Intersection road section traffic flow video data are obtained through aerial photography of an unmanned aerial vehicle, a basic data set is constructed, and a vehicle detection tracking model is constructed to obtain motor vehicle trajectory data; a refined motor vehicle track is output by using a data denoising and missing value processing method based on Kalman filtering, interpolation supplement, mean translation and other methods; fitting motor vehicle track coordinate points by using a Bezier curve, obtaining a fitted track line, calculating the curvature of each point location, and determining the curvature of each point location of the track curve; establishing a space-time motion model of the vehicle in the intersection, determining a motion time midpoint and a space midpoint according to the model, and determining the turning radius of the boundary arc track through the three points; and based on the turning radius detection result, evaluating whether the intersection turning radius design is reasonable.

    本发明采用无人机视频数据结合深度学习的方法,构建了一种基于精细化机动车轨迹的交叉口转弯半径测量与评价方法,属于智能交通技术领域。通过无人机航拍获取交叉口路段交通流视频数据,构建基础数据集,搭建车辆检测追踪模型得到机动车轨迹数据;利用基于卡尔曼滤波、插值补充、均值平移等方法的数据去噪与缺值处理方法,输出精细化机动车轨迹;利用贝塞尔曲线拟合机动车轨迹坐标点,得到拟合的轨迹线条计算各点位曲率,确定轨迹曲线各点位曲率;建立车辆在交叉口内部的时空运动模型,根据模型确定运动时间中点和空间中点,由三点确定限界圆弧轨迹的转弯半径;基于转弯半径检测结果,评价交叉口转弯半径设计是否合理。
