The invention discloses a highway induction strategy evaluation method for emergencies. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a modular induction strategy evaluation framework, and carrying out analysis through a Vissim microscopic simulation platform based on different strategies; evaluating the effect of the active induction strategy and outputting an evaluation result; wherein the step of constructing the modular induction strategy evaluation framework comprises the following steps: establishing a model; calibrating the model; and evaluating the strategy. A business closed loop of demand customization, analogue simulation, quantitative evaluation and decision support can be realized by defining a traffic flow induction strategy model and an index system.

    本发明公开了一种面向突发事件的高速公路诱导策略评价方法,包括以下步骤:构建模块化诱导策略评价框架并基于不同的策略通过Vissim微观仿真平台进行分析;对主动诱导策略效果进行评估并输出评价结果;其中,所述构建模块化诱导策略评价框架的步骤包括:建立模型;模型校准;策略评价。可以通过定义交通流诱导策略模型和指标体系,实现需求定制、仿真模拟、量化评价、决策支撑的业务闭环。
