The invention relates to hydraulic equipment, in particular to a buffer device and a hydraulic buffer lifting device adaptable to impact load.The buffer device comprises a first end cover, a second end cover, a shell, an inflation inlet, a liquid inlet and a piston, and the first end cover, the second end cover and the piston are all arranged in an inner cavity of the shell; an air cavity is formed between the piston and the first end cover, a liquid cavity is formed between the piston and the second end cover, the piston is suitable for moving towards the two ends of the shell, the liquid inlet is formed in the second end cover and used for being connected with a positive cavity liquid loop of the lifting hydraulic cylinder, and when the size of the air cavity is the largest, the liquid cavity is connected with the liquid inlet. The gas pressure in the gas cavity is P1 when the volume of the gas cavity is minimum, the gas pressure in the gas cavity is P2 when the volume of the gas cavity is minimum, P1 is larger than the positive cavity pressure when the lifting hydraulic cylinder is in a no-load state, and P2 is smaller than the positive cavity pressure when the lifting hydraulic cylinder is in a full-load state. The lifting mechanism can be prevented from rebounding at the moment of load release.
