The invention provides a mounting structure, an air spring and an automobile suspension. The mounting structure is applied to the air spring and comprises a bearing seat, a piston and a bearing arranged between the bearing seat and the piston, and the bearing seat and the piston are configured to move relatively under the action of external force to change the coupling state so as to be in a first coupling state and a second coupling state in sequence; when the bearing seat and the piston are in a first coupling state, the bearing seat and the piston are mutually limited; and when the bearing seat and the piston are in the second coupling state, the bearing seat and the piston are unlimited and are rotationally connected through the bearing and the piston. According to the installation structure, positioning through a fixing pin is not needed, the coupling state between the bearing seat and the piston is controlled through relative movement between the bearing seat and the piston, and the limiting requirements of the air spring for the bearing seat and the piston in the transporting, carrying and assembling processes are met; and the requirement for the torsion angle generated by the bag skin in the movement process of rotating and releasing the suspension through the bearing is met.

    本申请提供一种安装结构、空气弹簧及汽车悬架。该安装结构应用于空气弹簧,包括轴承座、活塞以及设置在轴承座和所述活塞之间的轴承,轴承座与活塞被配置为在外力作用下相对移动而改变耦合状态以依次处于第一耦合状态和第二耦合状态;其中,当轴承座与活塞处于第一耦合状态时,轴承座与活塞相互限位;当轴承座与活塞处于第二耦合状态时,轴承座与活塞解除限位并通过轴承与活塞转动连接。上述安装结构,无需利用固定销定位,而是利用轴承座与活塞之间的相对移动来控制轴承座与活塞之间的耦合状态,来满足空气弹簧在运输、搬运、装配过程中对轴承座和活塞的限位要求,以及满足轴承旋转释放悬架运动过程中囊皮产生的扭转角度要求。
