The invention discloses a disassembly and replacement tool and method for a bypass switch of a submodule on a tower. The disassembly and replacement tool comprises a supporting beam assembly and a hoisting assembly. The lifting assembly is movably arranged at the bottom of the supporting beam assembly, a first connecting part is arranged on the supporting beam assembly, and the lifting assembly is provided with a second connecting part used for being detachably connected with a target converter valve sub-module; the supporting beam assembly is detachably fixed to the position, corresponding to the upper portion of a target converter valve sub-module, of an interlayer framework of the valve tower through the first connecting part. And when the bottom of the supporting beam assembly moves, the hoisting assembly can enter and exit from the gap between the target converter valve sub-module and the adjacent converter valve sub-module. According to the invention, the difficulty of small gaps between the sub-modules and the interlayer framework and between the sub-modules is overcome, the working efficiency of maintenance and replacement of the sub-modules is improved, and the safety risk is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种塔上子模块旁路开关解体更换工装及方法,包括支撑梁组件和起吊组件;起吊组件可移动地设置于支撑梁组件的底部,支撑梁组件上设有第一连接部,起吊组件设有用于可拆卸连接目标换流阀子模块的第二连接部;支撑梁组件通过第一连接部可拆卸固定于阀塔的层间构架上对应目标换流阀子模块上方的位置;在支撑梁组件的底部移动时,起吊组件能够进出目标换流阀子模块与相邻的换流阀子模块之间的间隙。本发明克服子模块与层间构架之间以及子模块与子模块之间的间隙小的困难,提高子模块检修和更换的作业效率,降低安全风险。
