The invention relates to a single-cantilever rail crane supporting rod replacement process. The single-cantilever rail crane supporting rod replacement process is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps that S1, a process auxiliary supporting rod is installed; s2, dismounting an original supporting rod of the portal crane; s3, replacement and installation of a new supporting rod; s4, dismounting the auxiliary process support; in the replacement of the supporting rod of the single-cantilever rail crane, firstly, a process support is adopted for supporting a portal crane, then, an original supporting rod structure is cut off in a cutting mode, then, a truck crane is adopted for hoisting a new supporting rod structure to the portal crane, and the hoisting angle of the new supporting rod is designed before hoisting; and the inclination angle of the new supporting rod is basically kept consistent with the mounting angle when the new supporting rod is hoisted into the portal crane, so that the hoisting time can be effectively saved, and the replacement efficiency of the supporting rod of the rail crane is improved.

    本发明涉及一种单悬臂轨道吊撑杆更换工艺,其特征在于:具体更换工艺如下:S1:工艺辅助撑杆的安装;S2:门机原撑杆的拆除;S3:新撑杆的更换安装;S4:辅助工艺撑的拆除;本发明中针对单悬臂轨道吊撑杆的更换中,先采用工艺撑在门机进行支撑,然后将原先的撑杆结构采用切割的方式切下,再采用汽车吊将新的撑杆结构吊装上门机,在吊装之前就先设计好新撑杆的吊装角度,保证新撑杆吊装进入门机内时其倾斜角度与安装的角度基本保持一致,可以有效的节省吊装的时间,提高轨道吊撑杆的更换效率。
