本发明提供了一种电梯运行健康状态监控方法及电梯安全系统,属于电梯技术领域。本发明根据井道中预先布放的RFID标签计算电梯速度;如果电梯速度超过预设速度,则计算下一时刻轿厢位置,若下一时刻轿厢位置距离井道顶部和底部没有超过极限安全距离,进行预警并启动制动器;若下一时刻轿厢位置超过极限安全距离,通知安全钳立即停梯,结束监控,进行报警;启动制动器后,若电梯未减速,则切断制动器电源,根据下一时刻轿厢的不同位置,由自发电设备启动安全钳缓慢制停或者由自发电设备启动安全钳立即制停,若电梯减速,则根据下一时刻轿厢位置采用不同方式停梯。本发明能够在断电情况下进行电梯停梯,避免冲顶及蹲底的危险。
