According to the novel space one-dimensional truss on-orbit assembling mechanism, assembling materials are provided through on-orbit additive manufacturing rod pieces, and the rod pieces are automatically clamped and installed through an assembling tool; expandable construction of one-dimensional trusses can be achieved, trusses with corresponding lengths can be constructed based on different requirements, and the purpose that the trusses are constructed as required is achieved. The device comprises a positioning platform, an assembling tool, a moving part and a rod piece storage tool, and further comprises the rod piece storage tool and an assembling operation face. The assembly operation surface, the moving part and the rod piece storage tool are all arranged above the base plate, a positioning platform is arranged above the assembly operation surface, a vertical rod is spliced above the positioning platform, an assembly tool is arranged at the other end of the moving part, and the assembly tool comprises a side arm screw rod, a side arm rotary table and a main arm screw rod; a side arm rotary table is fixedly arranged at one end of the moving part, a side arm lead screw is arranged on the outer side of the side arm rotary table, main arm lead screws are arranged at the two ends of the side arm lead screw, and a rod piece clamping mechanism is arranged at one end of each main arm lead screw.

    本发明提供了一种新型空间一维桁架在轨组装机构,通过在轨增材制造杆件提供装配素材,使用装配工具自动夹取、安装杆件;可以实现一维桁架可拓展式建造,基于不同需求建造对应长度的桁架,实现“所需即所建”。本发明包括定位平台、装配工具、移动部件和杆件存储工装,还包括杆件存储工装和组装操作面;组装操作面、移动部件和杆件存储工装都设置在基板上方,组装操作面上方设置有定位平台,定位平台上方拼接有竖杆,移动部件另一端设置有装配工具装配工具包括侧臂丝杆、侧臂转台和主臂丝杆;移动部件一端固定设置有侧臂转台,侧臂转台外侧设置有侧臂丝杆,侧臂丝杆两端均设置有主臂丝杆,主臂丝杆一端设置有杆件夹取机构。
