The invention discloses a precession difference engine, and relates to the technical field of precession mechanics of aerospace propellers and gyroscopes. The precession difference engine effectively solves the problems that an existing rocket engine is not suitable for continuous sailing in the universe and fuel is exhausted. According to the thought, the precession performance of the gyroscope is utilized, the precession direction of the flywheels is different from the rotation direction of the outer frame, when the base and the connecting rod drive the left flywheel and the right flywheel to rotate along with the outer frame, force needed by the left side and force needed by the right side are different, and therefore the counter-acting force borne by the base is also different; after the two counter-acting forces in the opposite directions counteract each other, a new resultant force is generated, and the direction of the resultant force is the direction of thrust, so that the thruster body pushes the spacecraft to continuously fly in a vacuum cosmic environment.
