The invention relates to a combined cutter suction dredger water carrying process, a dredger body of a dredger comprises a main buoyancy tank located at a midship, a steel pile trolley buoyancy tank located at the rear part of the main buoyancy tank, left and right buoyancy tanks located at two sides of the main buoyancy tank, and a duty room and a control room located at the upper part of the main buoyancy tank, the left and right buoyancy tanks are respectively located at the front and rear sides of the main buoyancy tank; the carrying process comprises the following steps of ship dock edge pre-assembly, hoisting point and hoisting form confirmation, pin shaft and trolley steel pile installation and towing berthing. According to the carrying process, the two modules are spliced on the dock side, deck surface equipment is installed in advance, water facing operation is reduced, meanwhile, the two modules are hoisted to the water for pin shaft butt joint, and carrying of the main hull is completed; taking the pin shaft as a boundary when entering water, dividing into two modules and hoisting into water at the same time; in order to reduce the hoisting deformation of the ship body structure, the bow module is implemented in the mode that a box-type process joist is arranged at the bottom of the ship body, the process joist is integrally moved out after entering water, the process joist can prevent the ship body from being stressed, and the deformation of the ship body is controlled to the maximum extent.

    本发明涉及一种组合式绞吸挖泥船水上搭载工艺,挖泥船的船体包括位于船舯的主浮箱、主浮箱后部的钢桩台车浮箱、位于主浮箱两舷的左、右边浮箱、主浮箱上部的值班室和操纵室,左、右边浮箱各有两个,分别位于主浮箱的前后侧,搭载工艺包括下述步骤:船体坞边预拼装、吊点及吊装形式确认、销轴及台车钢桩安装及拖航靠泊。本发明的搭载工艺,采用在坞边进行拼装成两大模块,提前安装甲板面设备,减少临水作业,同时吊装至水上进行销轴对接,完成主船体搭载;下水时以销轴为分界线,分为两个模块同时吊装入水;为减少船体结构吊装变形,艏部模块采用箱型工艺托梁于船体底部,下水后工艺托梁整体移出的方式进行实施,工艺托梁能避免船体受力,最大程度的控制船体变形。
