The invention provides an axle counting section ARB state judgment method and device, equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining the maximum communication delay time between region controllers of front and rear axle counting sections and an interlock when the interlock reports to be in an on-load state and the target axle counting section is judged to be in an idle state before the on-load state, and determining the maximum communication delay time between the region controllers of the front and rear axle counting sections and the interlock; according to the maximum speed limit of the axle counting section and the maximum communication delay time of the target axle counting section area controller and the adjacent axle counting section area controller, calculating a first delay allowable running distance when the train arrives at the target axle counting section and a second delay allowable running distance after the train leaves the target axle counting section according to the maximum speed limit of the axle counting section; the sections corresponding to the first delay allowable running distance and the second delay allowable running distance are used as the rear section and the front section of the target axle counting section respectively; and taking the working period of the axle counter as a judgment period, and judging that the target axle counting section is in an ARB state if the pressing state of the front section and the rear section in the previous period is idle or ARB.

    本申请提供了一种计轴区段ARB状态判断方法、装置、设备及介质,该方法包括当联锁汇报为占压状态,判断若目标计轴区段占压状态前为空闲状态,则分别确定前方和后方计轴区段区域控制器与联锁间最大通信延迟时间,及目标计轴区段区域控制器与相邻计轴区段区域控制器的最大通信延迟时间,并根据计轴区段最高限速计算列车到达目标计轴区段的第一延迟允许走行距离,以及列车驶离目标计轴区段后的第二延迟允许走行距离,从而第一延迟允许走行距离和第二延迟允许走行距离对应的区段分别作为目标计轴区段的后方区段和前方区段;以计轴器工作周期作为判定周期,判断若上一周期前方区段和后方区段的占压状态为空闲或是ARB,则目标计轴区段判定为ARB状态。
