The invention relates to a vehicle speed adjusting method, device and system, a vehicle and equipment, and relates to the technical field of automobiles. The method is applied to a vehicle and comprises the following steps: acquiring road condition information of each sub-road section in a plurality of sub-road sections of a target route and performance parameters of the vehicle; for each sub-road section, the first planning speed of the vehicle is adjusted according to the road condition information of the sub-road section and the performance parameters of the vehicle, and a second planning speed corresponding to the sub-road section is obtained; the first planned speed is determined according to the speed limit value of the sub-road section and the expected driving time of a driver and passengers of the vehicle; and controlling the vehicle to run on the target route according to the second planning speeds corresponding to the plurality of sub-road sections. Therefore, the driving mode which meets the user requirement and has the minimum energy consumption can be determined, and the battery life and the endurance mileage of the automatic driving electric automobile are prolonged.
