The invention discloses a rail vehicle braking control method and device and a computer storage medium. The method comprises the steps that whether a rail vehicle meets a first condition or not is judged; if yes, based on the first target adhesion coefficient, a first action is applied to a target free shaft, a first actual adhesion coefficient of the railway vehicle is obtained, and the target free shaft points to a wheel shaft capable of determining the actual running speed of the current railway vehicle; and according to the numerical relationship between the first target adhesion coefficient and the first actual adhesion coefficient, adjusting the braking force of a second action subsequently applied to the target free shaft. According to the method, it can be ensured that the braking process better fits the current track condition through a dynamic adjustment mechanism, so that severe shaft speed fluctuation caused by track condition changes is reduced, the positioning loss risk caused by shaft speed fluctuation is effectively reduced, and then the possibility of entering a speed limiting degradation mode is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆制动控制方法、装置及计算机存储介质,所述方法包括:判断轨道车辆是否满足第一条件;若是,基于第一目标黏着系数,对目标自由轴施加第一动作,并获得轨道车辆的第一实际黏着系数,所述目标自由轴指向能确定当前轨道车辆实际运行速度的轮轴;根据第一目标黏着系数和第一实际黏着系数的数值关系,调整后续施加至目标自由轴处的第二动作的制动力大小。该方法通过动态调整机制能够确保制动过程更加贴合当前轨道条件,从而减少因轨道条件变化而导致的轴速剧烈波动,有效降低因轴速波动而产生的定位丢失风险,进而减少进入限速降级模式的可能性。
