The invention discloses an anti-falling mechanism for battery transfer equipment, the battery transfer equipment is provided with a battery pick-and-place unit and a transmission unit for driving the battery pick-and-place unit to lift, and the transmission unit comprises a plurality of transmission assemblies and driving assemblies arranged on the two sides of the battery pick-and-place unit; the driving assembly comprises a driving motor, a synchronous shaft connected with the transmission assemblies at the two ends at the same time, a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a synchronous belt, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor and the synchronous shaft in a sleeving mode respectively, and the synchronous belt conducts transmission between the driving wheel and the driven wheel. The anti-falling mechanism is clamped with the synchronizing shaft to fix the position of the battery pick-and-place unit; and in the second state, the anti-falling mechanism is far away from the synchronizing shaft. When a special situation occurs, the anti-falling mechanism limits rotation of the synchronous shaft in a mode of being clamped with the synchronous shaft, the anti-falling purpose is achieved, and it is guaranteed that the taking and placing unit is in a safe state in a normal working environment.

    本发明公开了一种用于电池转运设备的防坠机构,电池转运设备设有电池取放单元以及带动电池取放单元升降的传动单元,传动单元包括多个传动组件,设于电池取放单元的两侧的驱动组件,驱动组件包括驱动电机、同时连接两端的传动组件的同步轴、分别套设在驱动电机的输出轴与同步轴上的主动轮和从动轮以及在主动轮和从动轮之间传动的同步带,防坠机构具有第一状态和第二状态,在第一状态时,防坠机构与同步轴相卡合以固定电池取放单元的位置;在第二状态时,防坠机构与同步轴相远离。在发生特殊情况时,防坠机构通过与同步轴进行卡合的方式限制同步轴的转动,实现防坠目的,保证取放单元在正常的工作环境下处于安全的状态。
