The invention relates to the technical field of charging management, and provides a new energy automobile charging management system and a charging device, a cloud server is in communication data connection with a user mobile terminal and the charging device, and the cloud server comprises a battery analysis module and a charging planning module; the battery analysis module obtains battery performance data from the charging device, establishes a battery internal resistance prediction model, and calculates the charging time based on the battery internal resistance prediction model when the charging device is connected to a new battery; the charging planning module is in data connection with the battery analysis module, acquires charging device related information from a charging device, and performs charging planning in combination with user vehicle related information acquired at a user mobile terminal; and finally transmitting the data to a user terminal and pushing the data to a reservation user. By constructing the battery internal resistance prediction model, the problem that an existing charging management system cannot estimate the charging time accurately is solved, a user can accurately judge the charging time and arrange a travel plan, and meanwhile the utilization rate of a charging device is increased.

    本发明涉及充电管理技术领域,提供了一种新能源汽车充电管理系统及充电装置,云服务器与用户移动终端和充电装置通信数据连接,包括电池分析模块和充电规划模块;电池分析模块从充电装置处获取电池性能数据,建立电池内阻预测模型,在充电装置连接到新的电池时,基于电池内阻预测模型对充电时间进行计算;充电规划模块与电池分析模块数据连接,从充电装置处获取充电装置相关信息,结合用户移动终端处获取的用户车辆相关信息进行充电规划;最后将数据传输至用户终端推送给预约用户;本发明通过构建电池内阻预测模型,解决了现有充电管理系统对充电时间预估不准的问题,让用户准确判断充电时间、安排出行计划,同时提高了充电装置的利用率。
