The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing the beam; paving a fiber composite material on the surface of the mounting seat mold core to obtain a mounting seat inner layer; bonding the cross beam with the mounting seat inner layer, and paving a fiber composite material on the outer side of a whole formed by the cross beam and the mounting seat inner layer to obtain a mounting seat middle layer; performing autoclave forming on the mounting seat mold core, the mounting seat inner layer, the cross beam and the mounting seat middle layer; and gluing the outer side of the cured middle layer of the mounting seat, paving a fiber composite material to obtain an outer layer of the mounting seat, and performing autoclave forming on the whole device to obtain the composite material antenna beam. The middle part of the cross beam is coated between the mounting seat inner layer and the mounting seat middle layer of the layering structure of the mounting seat, and the mounting seat is not cured during layering, so that the mutual fitting tightness of the surfaces of the mounting seat inner layer and the mounting seat middle layer can be effectively improved, and the connection strength between the cross beam and the supporting seat is improved.
本发明涉及一种复合材料天线梁及其制备方法和轨道车辆,属于复合材料成型技术领域。制备方法包括:制备横梁;在安装座模芯表面铺贴纤维复合材料,获得安装座内层;将横梁与安装座内层胶接,之后在横梁和安装座内层组成的整体外侧铺贴纤维复合材料,获得安装座中层;将安装座模芯、安装座内层、横梁和安装座中层进行热压罐成形;在固化后的安装座中层的外侧施胶后铺贴纤维复合材料,获得安装座外层,对装置整体进行热压罐成形,获得复合材料天线梁。横梁的中间局部被包覆在安装座的铺层结构的安装座内层和安装座中层之间,由于铺层时安装座尚未固化,能够有效提升两者表面互相贴合的紧密程度,提升横梁与支撑座之间的连接强度。
