The invention relates to a laser cleaning unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a vehicle body, a pneumatic cleaning system and a laser cleaning system, the pneumatic cleaning system and the laser cleaning system are mounted on the lower portion of the vehicle body, the cleaning path of the pneumatic cleaning system and the cleaning path of the laser cleaning system coincide with each other, and the laser cleaning system comprises a focusing sensor. The focusing sensor is arranged on the pneumatic cleaning system and detects along the cleaning path of the pneumatic cleaning system. According to the scheme, the core is that the pneumatic cleaning system and the laser cleaning system are combined, the laser cleaning system conducts ablation cleaning on stains, meanwhile, the pneumatic cleaning system blows away chippings generated by ablation cleaning, and the cleaning efficiency generated through combination of the pneumatic cleaning system and the laser cleaning system is higher. Moreover, the focusing sensor of the laser cleaning system is further fused and arranged on the cleaning path of the pneumatic cleaning system, so that the focusing efficiency is high, and the influence of smoke generated by ablation is avoided.
