The invention discloses automobile air reservoir cleaning equipment and a using method thereof, and relates to the technical field of automobile air reservoirs, the automobile air reservoir cleaning equipment comprises a cleaning mechanism used for cleaning compressed air guided out through an air outlet pipe in a cylinder; the cleaning mechanism comprises a centrifugal wheel, the centrifugal wheel is rotationally connected to the inner wall of the barrel, and the axis of the centrifugal wheel coincides with the axis of the air outlet pipe; a gap is reserved between the centrifugal wheel and the inner wall of the barrel, so that compressed air in the barrel is communicated with the air outlet pipe through the gap. By arranging the cleaning mechanism, when compressed air is guided out, a centrifugal structure is formed, and liquid water and oil dirt which are carried by the compressed air and are large in density are thrown to the collecting cover through generated centrifugal force, so that the liquid water and the oil dirt flow downwards along the side wall of the collecting cover under the action of gravity and are guided out; automatic cleaning is achieved when compressed air is guided out, the cleanliness of the compressed air is improved, and corrosion of liquid water and oil dirt carried by the compressed air to a pipeline system is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种汽车储气筒清理设备及其使用方法,涉及汽车储气筒技术领域,包括用于清理筒体内通过出气管导出的压缩空气的清理机构;清理机构包括:离心轮,离心轮转动连接于筒体的内壁上,且离心轮的轴线与出气管的轴线重合;离心轮与筒体内壁之间留有缝隙,以使得筒体的内部压缩空气通过缝隙与出气管连通。本发明通过设置清理机构,在压缩空气导出时,形成离心结构,通过产生的离心力将压缩空气携带的密度较大的液态水和油污甩到收集罩上,使得液态水和油污在重力的作用下顺着收集罩的侧壁向下流动导出,实现对压缩空气导出时的自动清理,提高压缩空气的洁净程度,减少压缩空气携带的液态水和油污对管路系统的腐蚀。
