The controller (60) controls the second expansion mechanism (33) and the pressure adjustment mechanism (34) under operating conditions in which the heat source-side heat exchanger (13) functions as a radiator, the first use-side heat exchanger (21) and the second use-side heat exchanger (31) functions as evaporators, and the first use-side heat exchanger (21) may frost. Therefore, the second utilization-side heat exchanger (31) is not frosted.
