The invention relates to a turbine jet thermoelectric power generation device, which belongs to the field of semiconductor thermoelectric power generation of turbine engines, and comprises a PN semiconductor ring, a heat dissipation aluminum ring, a copper ring, a fastening screw and a lead wire. The PN semiconductor annular hot surface is arranged at the high-temperature turbine part of the turbine engine, the cold surface is arranged in the cold duct for heat dissipation, temperature difference is formed, potential difference is generated, power can be supplied to other accessories, and part of airborne equipment needing power supply is solved.
