The primary side coil and the secondary side coil are both of a 120-degree tile structure, meanwhile, the primary side coil is arranged on the guide device, the guide device is controlled to work through a disturbance observation algorithm, the axial position and the circumferential angle of the primary side coil can be adjusted, and the change of mutual inductance between the primary side coil and the secondary side coil in different states can be coped with.
