The invention provides a marine autonomous water surface ship berth allocation method in a mixed scene, and the method comprises the steps: dividing the types of berths berthed at a port into a class A and a class B. The class A berths refer to traditional berths which can only meet the berth of manned ships; b-type berths refer to mixed berths which meet the berthing requirements of MASS and manned ships at the same time; meanwhile, whether the number of manned ships is far greater than the number of MASSs in a long period of time in the future can be predicted; the demand of A-type berths is far greater than that of B-type berths; when the number of the A-type berths of the port can completely meet the berthing use of the manned ship, designing an MASS and manned ship separated berth allocation strategy; and when the number of the A-type berths of the port cannot meet the berthing use of the manned ship, designing an MASS and manned ship hybrid berth allocation strategy. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is how to optimize the port berth utilization efficiency and the overall operation benefit by establishing an effective berth allocation strategy in a MASS and manned ship mixed operation scene.

    本发明提供一种混合场景下海上自主水面船舶泊位分配方法,包括:将港口停泊的泊位类型分为A类和B类,其中,A类泊位指传统泊位‑仅能满足载人船舶停靠;B类泊位指混合型泊位‑同时满足MASS和载人船舶的停靠要求;同时可以预见在未来很长一段时间内,载人船舶的数量还是远远超过MASS的数量:A类泊位的需求远远大于B类泊位;当港口的A类泊位数量完全能够满足载人船舶停靠使用时,设计MASS与载人船舶分离式泊位分配策略;当港口的A类泊位数量不能够满足载人船舶停靠使用时,设计MASS与载人船舶混合式泊位分配策略。本发明解决的技术问题为在MASS与载人船舶混合运营场景下,如何通过建立有效的泊位分配策略优化港口泊位利用效率和整体运营效益。
