The invention relates to a DQN energy management strategy optimization method considering output power reduction of a fuel cell. The method is used for solving the problem that an existing fuel cell cannot meet power requirements due to aging performance degradation. The method comprises the steps that the life cycle of a fuel cell of a hybrid electric vehicle end is divided into a plurality of decline stages, and when the update operation duration of different decline stages is exceeded, the hybrid electric vehicle end updates an output power-current curve and sends the curve to a cloud end, and meanwhile the cloud end requests to update a DQN energy management strategy model; when receiving the updated output power-current curve, the cloud end updates training data by using the updated output power-current curve so as to train and optimize a DQN energy management strategy model, and sends the optimized DQN energy management strategy model to the hybrid electric vehicle end; and the hybrid electric vehicle end receives the optimized DQN energy management strategy model and updates the optimized DQN energy management strategy model to a controller to determine a power distribution scheme. According to the scheme, the energy utilization rate during fuel cell performance degradation can be improved, and the durability of the fuel cell is improved.
本案涉及一种考虑燃料电池输出功率下降的DQN能量管理策略优化方法,用于解决现有燃料电池因老化性能衰减而无法满足动力需求问题。步骤包括将混合动力汽车端的燃料电池生命周期划分为若干衰退阶段,在超过不同衰退阶段的更新运行时长时,混合动力汽车端更新输出功率‑电流曲线并将向云端发送,同时向云端请求更新DQN能量管理策略模型;云端在接收到更新的输出功率‑电流曲线时,利用其更新训练数据,以训练优化DQN能量管理策略模型,并将优化后的DQN能量管理策略模型发送给混合动力汽车端;混合动力汽车端接收优化后的DQN能量管理策略模型并更新至控制器以确定功率分配方案。本方案可提高燃料电池性能衰退时的能源利用率,提高燃料电池的耐久性。
