The loading device comprises a first cable moving end point and a second cable moving end point, a flexible cable is arranged between the first cable moving end point and the second cable moving end point, a plurality of loading pipes are arranged on the flexible cable at intervals, and a self-adaptive elastic piece is arranged between every two adjacent loading pipes; the pulling mechanism is arranged on the loading pipe, the pulling mechanism comprises at least two stages of pulling assemblies which are arranged in a stacked mode, each stage of pulling assembly comprises a plurality of groups of pulling pieces, and the group number of the previous stage of pulling pieces is two times of the group number of the next stage of pulling pieces; and one end of the loading stay wire is connected with the pulling mechanism, and the loading stay wire penetrates through the sliding mechanism. The distance between the loading pipes is automatically adjusted through deformation of the flexible cable, so that aerodynamic loads uniformly act on the whole cable body, even if the shape of the flexible cable is changed, the stress uniformity can still be kept, and the accuracy of a simulation result is improved.
